General Pest Management Licensing and Timber Pest Management courses are now being offered for 2024 by MPL Training. These courses will be run in Sydney, Melboume and Brisbane.
These five day courses will aim to introduce to you the basic concepts of public health & timber pest control and may also extend the existing knowledge of pest managers already working within the pest management industry. All of their courses have the objective of giving the exact information that is required to perform successful pest management and to obtain your pest licenses. Hints & tips will be offered to help in your business growth and also productivity.
Course No. 1: Pest Management Licensing
This course includes all the knowledge & skills to become a licensed pest control technician. Their course will cover training and also assessment. After you complete training & assessment, you will then receive your Statement of Attainment. This may then be given to your local govemment licensing office so that you can obtain your pest control license.
Course No. 2: Timber Pest Management
This course enables you to obtain the knowledge & skills to become a competent Termite & Timber Pest Technician. This course goes over your training & assessment. After you complete their training & assessment, you will then obtain a Statement of Attainment. This may then be given to your local govemment licensing office, insurance firm or accreditor.
Both of the courses will start each day from Monday to Friday at 8.30am – 3.30pm. This includes morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea to be served on each of the days. Course fees will include all books, resources, notes, ongoing help and assessments until you finally complete the qualification.

Training is held in Yennora (face to face classes) and North Rocks (Practical workshops)
Victoria
Training for pest control course is currently held in Port Melbourne.
There are no practical workshops in Melbourne.
Queensland
Training and practicals are held at two locations in Archerfield
