A1 Pest Control Mosquito Traps: We are so confident that you’ll love our mosquito traps that we provide a 100-Day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance of this product, you can return it to us for a full refund.

Full Range of Products (Excluding Bed Bug Mattress Protectors): For all other A1 Pest Control physical products, we offer a 30-Day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the item, simply reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you with a refund.

Bedding: We prioritize the health and hygiene of our customers. In accordance with the Health Act and to ensure the utmost hygiene standards, we have established the following policy for sheets, pillowcases, pillow protectors, and mattress protectors:

A. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: We regret to inform you that once the packaging of our bedding products has been opened and/or washed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the items are found to be faulty.

B. Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty mattress cover or pillowcase, we are more than willing to assist you promptly. Please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We will then initiate the necessary steps to ensure a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

C. Change-of-Mind Returns: To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for our bedding products once the order has been shipped.

Product Return Process:

Contact Us: If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us first. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Form, which is essential for the return process. Products returned without this form may be rejected and returned to you.

Condition of Products: All returned products must be in new condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories and complementary items. Please ensure that the product is not damaged during your possession.

Responsibility during Transit: You are responsible for the goods until they reach our address. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to avoid any loss or damage during transit.

Restocking Fee: If a product is returned without its original packaging, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Delivery Fees: We do not refund any delivery fees unless the product is faulty.

Inspection Costs: If the product is found to have no problem, you may be required to cover the transport or inspection costs.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we may request photos to be sent before the return. This helps us quickly find the best solution and improve our processes.

Warranty Assessment:

For warranty assessments, the cost of shipping the product back to our service centre is the customer’s responsibility. Once the warranty claim is resolved, A1 Pest Control will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement product to you.

Refund Process:

Once authorized by A1 Pest Control, refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date of authorization.

Australian Consumer Law:

Our Returns Policy does not seek to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support we offer are in addition to your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
